WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?

Packages will be shipped from Santa Fe Springs, California.

DO YOU OFFER SATURDAY OR SUNDAY DELIVERY?

We currently do not offer Saturday delivery and Sunday delivery.

DO YOU SHIP TO APO/FPO/DPO OR PO BOX ADDRESS?

No shipping at this time, please contact us for further detail.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We provide international shipping to Canada Only. We are unable to ship to international locations at this time. Please contact us for distribution near your location.

HOW QUICKLY WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

We ship within 1-2 business day.
Online orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays).

– Packages will be shipped from Santa Fe Springs, California and ground shipping times will vary based upon your location.

– Saturday and Sunday delivery is not available.

CUSTOM DUTIES AND IMPORT VAT

When a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges will typically be due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination. You are responsible with ensuring to comply with laws and regulations of the country of destination. Create does not have any responsibility on these additional charges that may apply.
Please note that certain countries may require certain documentation before the items are sent. If the necessary information is not provided, this may result in delays in the order.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

You will receive one or more tracking numbers on the confirmation e-mail we send you when your order is shipped. This tracking number can be used to check the status of your package.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?

You may cancel an order at any time prior to processing at our center by calling 844.464.6677. Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel orders once they have been shipped.

All of our Create product is designed and developed in S. Korea and manufactured in S. Korea.
