Cold Perm

Normal: Wind all the hair. Apply #1 solution and process for 15 mins with heat then 10 min cool down. Rinse out thoroughly. Apply #2 solution and neutralize it for 7-10 mins and rinse out thoroughly.
Damaged: Wind all the hair. Apply #1 solution and process for 10 mins with heat then 10 min cool down. Rinse out thoroughly. Apply #2 solution and neutralize it for 7-10 mins and rinse out thoroughly.

Heat Perm
Normal: Wind all the hair. Apply #1 solution and process for 10 mins with heat then 10 min cool down. Rinse out thoroughly. Apply #2 solution and neutralize it for 7-10 mins and rinse out thoroughly.
Damaged: Wind all the hair. Apply #1 solution and process for 5-10 mins with heat then 10 min cool down. Rinse out thoroughly. Apply #2 solution and neutralize it for 7-10 mins and rinse out thoroughly.
